- Trial and onboarding — setting up the Excel add-in, or questions during your 7-day free trial.
- Central deployment — rolling DocMaster AI out across a firm, which takes only a few clicks rather than a per-machine install.
- Pricing and licensing — per-user plans, team seats and invoicing, listed on the pricing page.
