How do we get started?
Leave your email for the free two-week trial. We set DocMaster up with you and train your team live on your own files.
How is it installed?
Your IT administrator installs it once from the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and assigns it to users. Nothing is installed on each computer. Updates arrive on their own.
Which files does it read?
PDF, JPEG, PNG, ZIP, DOCX, eDoc and ASiC-E, digital or scanned. Up to 100 files or 100 MB at once.
Does it read other languages?
Yes. It reads most of the world’s languages, scans and photos included.
Is our data secure?
Your documents are processed and stored on EU servers and sent over encrypted connections. They are never used to train AI models. The add-in only works in the open workbook.
How long do you keep our data?
Your firm decides. We agree a retention policy with each firm. When a subscription ends, the data is deleted within 90 days.
Is training included?
Yes. Onboarding and live training for your users are included with every new subscription.
